The Northville Republicans Club and Plymouth Canton Republicans Clubs are happy to announce that Monica Yatooma, candidate for Michigan Secretary of State, will be speaking at our 2025 Member Appreciation and Membership Drive Dinner.
Monica Yatooma is a devoted conservative, wife, and mother of three who has spent the last five years deeply involved in Michigan Republican politics. A graduate of Oakland University, Monica combines her academic background with real-world experience as a business owner and policy advocate. She currently serves as Director of Development and Strategic Partnerships at GEIA, where she leads statewide initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, education, and civic engagement. Monica played a key role in the grassroots fight to end mask mandates in Michigan schools and has been a tireless advocate for parents seeking a return to core academic values, transparency, and accountability in public education. Her leadership extends to legal advocacy, including the development of opt-out resources for families and a federal Title IX lawsuit defending education rights.
Beyond education, Monica is a successful entrepreneur and has over a decade of experience in small business development, having started and led her own medical waste company based in Michigan. She also serves on the Executive Board of the Oakland County Republican Party, where she supports candidate development, community outreach, and strategic planning. Monica has worked tirelessly to fix election integrity issues in Michigan, standing firm in her belief that secure and fair elections are the foundation of a free society. Her commitment to election integrity, parental rights, and principled governance has made her a respected voice in Michigan and beyond.
