In the Great Lakes region, what stands out is that Michigan leads the way in income growth. As Tom Dankert of Michigan Capitol Confidential points out in this article (https://www.michigancapitolconfidential.com/21792), the liberal mantra was that right-to-work was going to lead to lower incomes as workers now worked “for less.” Could be just liberal math, where the largest gain in incomes in the Midwest is really “less.”
